We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days not including processing time. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you would like to change your order after you have placed it, send us a message as soon as possible at info@olphactorycandles.com. Please include your order number in your message. We cannot guarantee order changes if your order has already been processed and fulfilled.

Guests must be at least 16 years of age or older to participate. No unaccompanied minors are permitted. All guests must be ticketed.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class. We understand that traffic may be difficult in route or in the area, so please allow enough time for any potential traffic delays. We cannot accept guests into the class who are more than 15 minutes late to ensure all guests get the full candle making experience.

If a guest fails to call or contact us prior to the start of their reservation (no call, no show) the reservation is automatically forfeited.

Yes! Guests are allowed to reschedule their class once. Rescheduling is based on our current availability. If a guest is unsure of a reschedule date, a credit will be issued. Guests must reschedule or use their credit within 3 months of the original time booked. Rescheduling will not be permitted if guest fails to make contact prior to the start of their reservation or is a no call/no show. Please contact us to reschedule your reservation.

We can accommodate private experiences for groups of 6 up to 34.

Availability changes often, so your private class fee is paid up front and also serves as a deposit to reserve your experience date. This fee is not taxed and is non-refundable if your reservations is cancelled or forfeited. 

We collect one single payment for your group. If your group would like to pay separately, we suggest designating one person in your party to collect each participant's ticket cost.

We also accept a few flexible payment options such as Klarna and Afterpay to split payments.

Guests are welcome to bring their own cake and balloons for their celebration. We are also a BYOB establishment. Outside food is not permitted unless otherwise approved by staff prior to your workshop.

Orders placed during major holidays or promotional events may take up to an additional 3-4 business days to process and ship.
