We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days not including processing time. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We currently use the United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours (1 day) prior to their scheduled class. Reservations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will not qualify for a refund. If a guest fails to call or contact us for a missed reservation (no call, no show) this reservation is automatically forfeited. Please contact us to cancel your reservation.
Yes! Guests are allowed to reschedule their class once. If a guest is unsure of a reschedule date, a credit will be issued. Guests must reschedule or use their credit within 3 months of the original time booked. Please contact us to reschedule your reservation.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class. We understand that traffic may be difficult in route or in the area, so please allow enough time for any potential traffic delays. We cannot accept guests into the class who are more than 15 minutes late to ensure all guests that they get the full candle making experience.

If you would like to change your order after you have placed it, send us a message as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in your message. We cannot guarantee order changes if your order has already been processed and fulfilled.
