Our shipping couriers are The United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping and processing is located in Dallas, TX. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Shipping times do not include processing. Order processing can take up to 4 business days. Once your order has processed, it can take up to an additional 4-5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days not including processing time. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Rates are automatically calculated by country and shipping supplier. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Please note international shipments do not include any additional import, customs, duties fees to which these shipments may be subject. The customer is responsible for paying any such customs fees required by the country of import because Olphactory Candles has no control over laws regarding imported goods.
